Welcome to Alma, where we are dedicated to guiding you on your journey to reconnect you back in with your soul; through a series of rituals and experiential journeys. Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions that govern your use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Alma website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Private Sessions
a. Booking and Payments: Private therapy sessions, including Reiki, Breathwork and Yin Yoga, can be booked through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking. By booking a session, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the following contraindications and that you will not participate under the influence of drugs and alcohol:
- High blood pressure
- Detached retina
- Recent surgery
- History of seizures
- Epilepsy
- Severe Asthma
- Cardiovascular problems / History of heart disease
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Currently taking any medications that alter brain chemistry
b. Cancellation Policy: To reschedule or cancel a private session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. For cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.
3. Alma Online Studio
1. Subscription Payments: Monthly payments for access to our Alma Online Studio are automatically billed to your chosen payment method. By subscribing, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the listed contraindications and that you will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
b. On-Demand Content: Access to on-demand breathwork meditations and yoga classes is granted exclusively to subscribed members of Alma Online Studio. By accessing and participating in conscious connected breathwork sessions, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the listed contraindications and that you will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4. Online Workshops
1. Registration: Participants must register for online workshops through the website. Payment is required to secure your spot. By registering, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the listed contraindications and that you will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
b. Contraindications: Online workshops, especially those involving conscious connected breathwork, may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
- High blood pressure
- Detached retina
- Recent surgery
- History of seizures
- Epilepsy
- Severe Asthma
- Cardiovascular problems / History of heart disease
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Currently taking any medications that alter brain chemistry
Additionally, participants are advised not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during their participation.
c. Refunds: Online workshops are non-refundable once purchased. Please consider your availability and commitment before making a purchase.
6. Privacy Policy
a. Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
a. Health and Wellness: While our services aim to promote well-being, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your wellness routine.
8. Amendments
a. Changes to Terms: Alma reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
