My approach—what I call soul-centred therapy—gently bridges Eastern wisdom with Western psychology, supporting those navigating life’s tender edges.
My path has been shaped by the alchemy of loss—by the great initiations of grief. It was through these very wounds that I found my calling: to help others reconnect with their truth, their inner wisdom and their inherent wholeness.
I believe that healing isn’t just about the mind—it’s a return to the body, the breath, the soul. Through practices rooted in trauma sensitivity, spiritual depth, and embodied knowing, I hold space for people to remember who they are beneath the symptoms, reconnect with their inner knowing and navigate their way back to their souls.
Whether through one-on-one therapy, transpersonal breathwork sessions or embodied practices, my work is an invitation: to slow down, turn inward and remember that we are more whole—and more free—than we’ve been led to believe. Beneath the noise lies a deeper wisdom, a quiet call to live with presence, meaning and connection to this one, precious life.
I believe that our wounds are not flaws to be erased but portals to a wider, wilder belonging. My role is to walk beside those brave enough to turn inward—to hold them with reverence and care—as they find their way back to their souls.
