I offer deeply personalised one-on-one sessions that draw on a gentle blend of trauma-informed breathwork, embodied practices, and counselling. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are—with care, presence, and respect for your unique pace.

Together, we create space for you to:

  • Release what the body has been holding —whether grief, stress, or old emotional patterns.
  • Cultivate deeper awareness of how your body stores experience, and learn to move through it with compassion.
  • Explore what's arising in your life through a therapeutic lens, integrating insight and meaning along the way.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear plan—just a willingness to turn inward. Whether we work primarily with the breath, with the body, or through conversation, each session is tailored to support your journey back to your truth, your wholeness, and your inner knowing.
